Where the files live matters. If the workbook has customer or employee data, it stays in your Microsoft 365 tenant or on a server you control. People who can ask questions are the people who could already open the workbook. We do not build a side door. If a vendor tool is required, we read where it stores the upload and who at that vendor can see it, and we tell you before we connect it.
