AI content generation, done properly, is a draft. A person who knows the firm still edits it before it is published, sent to a client, or posted where a customer can rely on it. Group 4 Networks sets that up for Toronto and GTA companies so the draft comes from your own notes and your own past writing, not from a generic prompt about a city.

The risk is confident nonsense. A model will describe a service you do not sell, invent a credential, or smooth over a limit you are careful about. The edit is not optional. We put the draft in a place your reviewer already works, usually the Microsoft 365 tenant, and we do not connect a publish button to the model. If marketing wants to post without a review, that is a decision you can make later, with your name on it. It is not the default we ship.

Source material matters. If the only input is a one line prompt, the output will sound like everyone else. We would rather point the tool at a page you already trust, a product sheet, or a transcript of how your staff explain the work. The reviewer checks facts against that source. We also turn off anything that would send client documents to a personal chatbot account. Client material stays in the business tenant.

Typical uses we will set up: a first draft of a service page from a bullet list your lead wrote, a rewrite of an internal procedure into shorter steps, a summary of a long email for the people who were not on the thread. Uses we will push back on: legal advice, a quote to a customer, anything that states a price or a compliance claim the model composed. Those stay human.

How do we start? Bring one kind of document you write every week. We will produce drafts of it for a few cycles and you will see if the edit time is actually shorter. Call (416) 623-9677. The office is 18 King Street East, and the company has been here since 2008. We will not tell you the tool writes in your voice. Your editor is the voice.

If the drafts are not saving time after those cycles, we stop. A subscription that nobody trusts is just another login. The point of the project is fewer blank pages, not another icon.

If a prompt contains a client name, store it with the draft and delete it on the same schedule as the document. The prompt is a record. It should not sit in a personal history after the file is gone. Reviewers should be able to see which source page the draft used.
